Want to find the face of someone famous?

It's available a new feature for filtering and refining your images search with Seekky.

When conducting a search, take a look at the filter line to check the advanced search options available:

There are three filtering options that you can use simultaneously:

  • Size filtering: Select the images according to their size, so you can choose from images for your desktop wallpaper with extra large size option, to small pictures to use as icons.

  • Content filtering: You can narrow your search to show only images that contain the face of the person you're looking for.

  • Color filtering: Lets you search for images in black and white, grayscale or full color.

With this new feature, you can get Leonardo da Vinci images as usual, or images with the face of Leonardo da Vinci in grayscale.

For children entertainment, you can also try searching images of Mickey Mouse in black and white to colorize...

We hope you find this new feature useful, and please, remember sharing your ideas or comments in your Seekky Community...

Of course, you can include the route manager into your web page without knowing any programming or web design, simply copying and pasting a bit of HTML.

You may also find useful an example to calculate the route from or to a spot that you prefix, such as your home, your business office, a place of interest, a meeting point, and so on. In that case, you can set the reference address on the form and only ask about the origin where the user wants to reach.

The following example shows the route to Pentasoft offices from any address you enter:

Please note that Ginger has just started to translate and still commits some errors.
Over time you will see that she learns very quickly, please be patient with her. By the way, when she is reading text, usually use to take a rest after the first 600 characters for not running out of breath ...

Address lookup functionality

Today we have released the new 1.17 version with several improvements and a new interesting functionality for address lookup.

Now, seekkers can search for an address or business, or even any location they know, and Seekky will offer them the list with the matching results. Another new cool feature is that you have a new bird's view available for each entry of the list.

This means that you can have a closer look at the address you are searching for just one-click away. As an example, you can have a look to the London eye. Click in the bird's view link of the London eye entry and move around the resulting image.

The imagery is Microsoft Virtual Earth courtesy and is available for about 250 major cities around the world. If your city it's not included, be patient, they are working hard to include all major north american and european cities with bird's view imaginery...If you don't want to wait, you can always use the satellite view link, a higher point of view, but on the contrary available all over the world...

You can add the address lookup functionality to your page. Just add a search form with some fields and you are done...

near to:

For those places where bird's view is not available, if you click in the link, you'll see an aerial map of the area with zoom capabilities.

You can have a look to the preview window where you can see a Google Maps view with severals markers pointing interesting places around your search...
